Deine Rolle

Als Area Trainer (Lernkultur Entwickler) bist du ein entscheidender Teil unseres Trainings-Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Etablierung einer Lernkultur, mit dem Fokus auf Customer und Produkt Experience in unseren Retail Stores und bei unseren Partnern. Diese vielseitige Position ist für dich gedacht, wenn du dich für die Weitergabe von Wissen begeisterst, gerne inspirierst und du in einem sehr schnelllebigen Umfeld gerne Menschen zusammenbringst.

Deine Aufgaben
  • (Weiter)-Entwicklung, Planung und Durchführung von Trainingsmodulen mit Fokus auf Produkt, Service und Customer Experience
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings (on- & offline)
  • Coaching on the Job - Begleitung unserer Retail Teams im Kundenkontakt
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des langfristigen Lernerfolgs
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Train the Trainer Ausbildungen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Store oder Area Management für Premium/ Luxury Consumer Goods oder leitenden Funktionen im Bereich von Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Trainerausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Training & Development
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, hast ein sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit, um das Team in unseren Stores deiner Area zu trainieren
  • Eigeninitiative, ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und Empathie zeichnen dich aus
  • Englisch Kenntnisse Level C2
