Our Product

BlazePod is the world's leading smart reaction training platform BlazePod helps athletes, clients, and patients build and improve both physical and cognitive abilities.

BlazePod offers a wide range of activities in various fields such as sports performance, fitness, and therapy. From playful movement to intense training, our app provides full control and a unique experience for individual or group training. BlazePod is already well-known globally and used by many top athletes, including David Beckham, Novak Djokovic, Max Verstappen, and many more

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales and Awareness

Develop sales strategies and position BlazePod on the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain relationships with BlazePod partners (B2B): distributors, sports, fitness, and physiotherapy associations.

Cultivate Business Development Channels

Implement targeted sales and marketing strategies in the sales process and negotiate with new and existing customers, expanding into new markets and maintaining regular contact with our BlazePod partners.

Participate in Events and Trade Fairs

Attend trade shows, conferences, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your customer network.

Train and Educate

As a product expert, advise and train users, organizations, associations, and dealers.

Communicate with the Team

Maintain regular communication with team members, create activity reports, and participate in sales meetings or sales calls.

Document and Analyze

Continuously update and document information in our CRM system.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills

At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the sports or healthcare industry.

Market Knowledge

Understanding of the German market and the sport-tech industry.

Language Skills

Native German speaker with excellent written skills.

Communication Skills

Native or fluent English.

Technical Skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Location

Ideal residence in NRW or Berlin (hybrid model).
