Account Manager Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Executive to join our Amazon Freight team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our shippers, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture and grow a portfolio of strategic shippers, achieving volume goals with best-in-class service
- Maintain high-level engagement with strategic customers, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio, driving business development and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, both verbally and in writing, to drive business results
- Lead by example, coaching team members to ensure success and growth
You will be based at one of our sites, working closely with our logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery. Daily contact with partners will be essential to ensure they have everything needed to carry out deliveries on time.
About the TeamAmazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. We use innovative technology to transport products in bulk across Europe, offering a scalable solution for small and large businesses. Our team is diverse and plays a central role in our success, capturing data to drive decisions and making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Professional proficiency in German language and English
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
