Customer Service Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Customer Service Manager to join our Direct Sales Team at TUI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects to enhance customer service quality and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and optimize the use of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure business goals are met.
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes.
- Fluency in English and German languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
