Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Customer Service Manager to join our Direct Sales Team at TUI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects to enhance customer service quality and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure business goals are met.
  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
