Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Infineon Technologies AG. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of all funding projects at our Dresden location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Administration and Controlling: Oversee the financial administration and controlling of funding projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • External Financial Audit Coordination: Coordinate and be responsible for external financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Interface with Funding Authorities: Establish and maintain relationships with funding authorities, resolving financial issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Financial Management of European Consortium Funding Projects: Manage the financial aspects of European-wide consortium funding projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Ideally 2+ years of working experience in financial controlling, with a strong background in controlling and administration of funding projects.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and excellent German and English communication skills, as well as good presentation abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to handle and solve complex problems, providing effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement: High ability to improve business processes by using state-of-the-art software applications.
