About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our Customer Fulfillment Finance Team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions, driving business improvements and cost reductions.
  • Utilize a range of metrics and models to forecast, link operational objectives to financials, and determine opportunities for improvement.
  • Explore data to ensure reporting accuracy and share financial analysis with business partners to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational plans to support business priorities and lead associated projects.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and process standardization across EU teams.
A Day in the Life

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be a key contributor to multiple projects simultaneously. You will track performance metrics, analyze data, and build financial models to identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements.

You will also provide financial insights to stakeholders, helping them make informed business decisions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Team

Our Customer Fulfillment team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that handles a high volume of orders. We are responsible for managing Fulfillment Centres, which are the first point of contact for Amazon packages. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

We are looking for a talented Senior Finance Analyst who is passionate about finance, data analysis, and business insights. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Relevant experience in a finance role, leading projects and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
