Beschreibung des Berufs

Als Senior Consultant Deal Strategy IT bei KPMG unterstützt du unsere Mandanten bei der Entwicklung von Strategien für IT-Transaktionen. Du bist für die Analyse und Bewertung von IT-Risiken und Synergien bei der Trennung oder Zusammenführung von Unternehmen/Unternehmensteilen verantwortlich. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Definition, Planung und Umsetzung komplexer Carve-Outs und Post-Merger-Integrationen für den Teilbereich IT.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analysiere und bewerte IT-spezifische Risiken und Synergien bei der Trennung oder Zusammenführung von Unternehmen/Unternehmensteilen.
  • Definiere, plane und umsetze komplexe Carve-Outs und Post-Merger-Integrationen für den Teilbereich IT.
  • Erstelle IT Due Diligence-Berichte und führe Mandanteninterviews durch.
  • Erstelle Präsentationen und Angebote zur Kundenbeziehungspflege.

Dein Profil

  • Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Deal Strategy IT wirst Du bei uns mit exzellenten akademischen Leistungen des (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesens, der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Natur-, Wirtschafts-, Geisteswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du konntest mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Informationstechnologie bei einer Unternehmensberatung und/oder im Bereich der Strategieentwicklung, im Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, in digitalen Geschäftsmodellen oder im Inhouse Consulting eines Unternehmens aus dieser Industrie sammeln.
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Due Diligence, Business Plan Analyse, Enterprise Applications, IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Strategie, wie auch im Bereich Carve-Out Management oder IT Post-Merger-Integration.
  • Du verfügst über starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und beschäftigst Dich gerne mit der Beantwortung komplexer Fragestellungen.
  • Darüber hinaus zeichnest Du Dich durch eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke aus und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind gerne gesehen.
  • Da unsere Mandanten auf der ganzen Welt tätig sind, bringst Du Reisebereitschaft mit. Auslandserfahrungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Deine Teamfähigkeit sowie Dein überzeugendes Auftreten runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.
