Full-time / Part-time, Permanent Position
In this role, you will be instrumental in partnering with our IT divisions to identify skill deficiencies, create tailored educational programs, and implement strategies that equip our IT personnel for future challenges and technological innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with IT Leadership: Work closely with IT managers and team leaders to evaluate current skill sets, identify future skill needs, and align educational initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Skill Gap Assessment: Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify skill shortages within the IT department, employing various assessment tools and methodologies to gauge competency levels and highlight areas for enhancement.
- Design of Learning Programs: Develop and implement bespoke educational programs and training initiatives that cater to the specific requirements of the IT department, utilizing diverse instructional techniques to improve learning outcomes.
- Curriculum Development: Create and sustain a technical training curriculum aimed at addressing identified skill gaps and fostering continuous learning within the IT workforce.
- Vendor Management: Assess and select external training providers and platforms to complement internal initiatives, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective and high-quality training solutions.
- Technology Adoption Strategies: Formulate strategies for the integration of new technologies within the department, identifying training needs and facilitating seamless transitions.
- Evaluation of Performance: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback and evaluations, continuously refining initiatives based on results.
- Support for Change Management: Offer guidance during organizational transitions, addressing learning and development needs to enhance adaptability and resilience.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Learning & Development within an IT or technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with IT skill sets, technologies, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
- Project management capabilities and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Fluency in English and international experience.
Advantageous Experience:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- SCRUM Master, Change Management experience, and agile transformation experience.
- Experience in a trading or similar commercial environment.
