Expert Learning Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development expert to support our enablement initiatives in SAP technologies. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the end-to-end enablement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to SAP S/4HANA across the organization.
- Develop and execute an enablement program aligned with group-wide goals for thousands of SAP end-users.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Design and deliver training materials and enablement measures that meet RWE business needs.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of SAP training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and managing enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Business fluent language skills in English and German are necessary.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is beneficial but not essential.
