Expert Learning Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced expert to support our enablement initiatives in SAP technologies. As a key member of our project team, you will ensure the successful implementation of the end-to-end enablement process, including learning needs analysis, enablement activities, and hypercare measures.
- Conduct comprehensive learning and development needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to SAP S/4HANA across the organization.
- Develop and execute an enablement program aligned with group-wide goals for thousands of SAP end-users.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Design and deliver training materials and enablement measures that meet RWE business needs and objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of SAP training initiatives and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and managing enablement programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Business fluent language skills in English and German are necessary.
