Expert Learning Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced expert to support our enablement initiatives in SAP technologies. As a key member of our project team, you will ensure the successful implementation of the end-to-end enablement process, including learning needs analysis, enablement activities, and hypercare measures.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct learning and development needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to SAP S/4HANA across the organization.
- Develop and execute an enablement program aligned with groupwide goals for thousands of SAP end-users.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that training materials and enablement measures meet RWE business needs.
- Identify key performance indicators to measure the impact of SAP training initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and managing enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Business fluent language skills in English and German are necessary.
