Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Revenue Optimization Manager to enhance our revenue strategies and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and enhancing revenue performance across a cluster of 3-5 hotels.
- Formulating and executing comprehensive Revenue Management and Pricing strategies.
- Conducting thorough analyses of market trends and competitor performance to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Partnering with hotel General Managers to drive profitability.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to develop impactful pricing initiatives.
- Keeping a close watch on competitor pricing and prevailing market conditions.
- Employing revenue management systems to accurately forecast demand and budgets.
- Working alongside the eCommerce team to refine distribution strategies.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Revenue Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration, along with substantial experience in Revenue Management. Strong analytical capabilities, a results-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Proficiency in both German and English is required.
