We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Merchant Finance & Strategy Manager. As a key member of our global finance team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing financial performance across our 25-country network.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage merchant revenue streams from a financial perspective, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance across various business models, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including merchant operations, finance, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
- Develop and implement pricing and monetization models that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to define and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Provide analytical and financial support to senior leaders, including the Director of Merchant Finance & Strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on revenue growth and optimization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing models and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data and models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
