About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Merchant Finance & Strategy Manager. As a key member of our global finance team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing financial performance across our 25-country network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage merchant revenue streams from a financial perspective, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance across various business models, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including merchant operations, finance, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and implement pricing and monetization models that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to define and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Provide analytical and financial support to senior leaders, including the Director of Merchant Finance & Strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on revenue growth and optimization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing models and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data and models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
