Senior Revenue Optimization Manager

HRG Commercial Services GmbH is a dynamic and expanding hotel management company in Europe, boasting a diverse collection of properties across various locations. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a **Senior Revenue Optimization Manager** to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and fine-tuning revenue strategies for a cluster of 3-5 hotels
- Formulating and executing effective Revenue Management and Pricing methodologies
- Conducting thorough analyses of market trends and competitor performance to uncover revenue opportunities
- Partnering with hotel General Managers to drive profitability
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to devise impactful pricing strategies
- Keeping a close watch on competitor pricing and overall market dynamics
- Employing revenue management systems to project demand and financial forecasts
- Working alongside the eCommerce team to enhance distribution channel effectiveness
We are in search of candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Management, Hospitality Management, or Business, complemented by relevant experience in Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a results-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
