European Product Manager Power Transmission: Drive Business Growth with Strategic Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled European Product Manager to join our Power Transmission team at ERIKS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic product management, product innovation, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities- Product Group Management: Maintain and optimize the product group assortment, including A-B brand products, own brand products, and unbranded products.
- Strategic Product Development: Support the CoE Lead in developing a European brand and product strategy, including product market combinations and a product roadmap that supports commercial objectives.
- Competence Development: Develop competences, capability, and knowledge within the CoE and share best practices with the wider ERIKS organization to drive business growth.
- Supplier Management: Select suppliers for unbranded and own brand products jointly with Strategic Procurement.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle process from product development to end of lifecycle of a product.
- Market Positioning and Pricing: Set the market positioning, pricing, and margin of own brand products and manage the marketing of own brands.
- Market Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Conduct market analysis and initiate requirements sessions with colleagues and customers to enhance the product group's assortment and solutions.
- Commercial Results Optimization: Support local product management in optimizing commercial results related to the product group assortment by introducing new products and related digital solutions.
- At least 7 years' relevant experience within a commercial technical work environment (MRO/OEM).
- Good knowledge of pneumatic power transmission products and its applications in general. Work experience with other power transmission products like bearings or lubrication is a plus.
- An analytical and structured way of working, including strategy formulation and deployment based on facts & figures.
- Result-oriented and always looking for a solution for each challenge.
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
- Excellent command of the English language. A good command of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (+/- 30%).
- You're based in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, or the UK.
