AI Ecosystem Manager

The Merantix AI Campus stands as the premier AI community and collaborative workspace globally. With a sprawling area dedicated to fostering innovation, it hosts a diverse array of companies, investors, and research entities. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to lead our community and operational efforts during a temporary absence.
About Merantix and the AI CampusMerantix is a collective of organizations focused on pioneering AI advancements. Our commitment is to enhance AI integration across Europe through various initiatives: 1) Funding and nurturing AI leaders via the Merantix AI Fund, 2) Crafting AI-driven solutions across multiple sectors through Merantix Momentum, and 3) Facilitating discussions on AI integration and connecting stakeholders through the Merantix AI Campus.
As a key component of our strategy, the Merantix AI Campus serves as a hub for collaboration among AI professionals and is the largest co-working space dedicated to AI in Europe. Since its inception, it has promoted interdisciplinary cooperation by offering a modern platform for teamwork, events, and discussions that span technical, ethical, and regulatory aspects of AI. Our international outreach has begun with initiatives in various cities, further solidifying our role in the global AI dialogue.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn your role as the AI Campus Lead, you will be pivotal in nurturing and expanding our community of AI professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing the Merantix AI Campus community by increasing its size, quality, and collaborative capabilities.
- Driving growth initiatives, including forging new partnerships and developing innovative projects in collaboration with Merantix leadership.
- Managing community engagement and sales processes to ensure alignment with our overarching mission.
- Overseeing daily business operations and facilities while providing strategic guidance to the team.
- Directing content and marketing strategies to amplify our outreach and influence.
- Managing the financial aspects of the campus to ensure sustainability and growth.
- Leading a dedicated team, offering support and direction across various functions.
- Proven experience in managing and developing similar organizations.
- A strong passion for community engagement and networking.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
