Your mission will be to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and utilizing our AI system to engage with and qualify leads for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the AI-driven full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
* Utilize our AI system to engage with and qualify leads for various positions.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
* Demonstrate our revolutionary AI voice technology to potential candidates.
* Manage and maintain our AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
* Coordinate and participate in tech-focused recruitment events and career fairs.
* Provide feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial AI-powered contact to onboarding.

Qualifications:

* Proven Experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently with candidates.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
