You will act as a bridge between EoT Labs and its ecosystem participants, driving engagement, satisfaction, and success.
As a seasoned professional in customer success, portfolio management, or a related field, you will bring a deep understanding of complex concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively. Your experience in customer success management in a diverse and complex context will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem participants, including developers, businesses, and partners.
* Provide support and resources to help ecosystem participants succeed, including technical assistance, documentation, and best practices.
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new ecosystem participants, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
* Gather feedback from the ecosystem to inform product development, support improvements, and overall strategy.
* Foster a sense of community among ecosystem participants through events, forums, and other engagement activities.
* Advocate for the needs and interests of ecosystem participants within the broader organization.
* Track and report on key metrics related to ecosystem engagement and success, using data to drive continuous improvement.
