Big Truck Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Big Truck Sales Manager to join our team at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the Ports & Terminals and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the BT market and drive incremental sales volume and market share.
  • Lead and manage the dealer network in sales, service, used, rental, and parts operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement account plans consistent with the Hyster positioning and take the lead in direct sales to key accounts where the dealer lacks capability.
  • Present Hyster and Yale capabilities to major Big Truck accounts and build customer relationships to drive sales of HYG products in collaboration with Hyster and Yale dealers.
  • Ensure all BT opportunities are recorded and managed effectively in NOVO CRM and develop and manage the forecast daily.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Significant relevant work experience, minimum 5 years required.
  • Experience developing sales and working through independent sales networks, good sales and communication skills.
  • Strong internal, dealer, and customer relations with demonstrated ability to execute key marketing initiatives.
  • Technical knowledge of Hyster and competitive products.
  • Negotiation skills and language skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Frankfurt, Germany. Travel is not required.
