Key Responsibilities:

* Lead our app marketing efforts, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across six countries
* Establish and lead a future app marketing team
* Craft and implement comprehensive plans to expand our active app user base through mobile web-to-app marketing and paid acquisition channels
* Enhance app engagement by designing and executing tailored CRM activities, app-specific promotions, and retargeting campaigns
* Take ownership of our app store pages, employing App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to drive increased traffic and visibility
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key app stakeholders, including teams from product, CRM, customer acquisition, creative, and analytics

Requirements:

* Proven expertise in app marketing with several years of relevant experience
* Strong customer focus and data-driven approach
* Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
* Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office meetings
