Are You Ready to Elevate Customer Engagement?

As a Sales Analyst within the German Retail Key Account division, you will work hand-in-hand with Key Account Managers and Group Account Managers to craft strategies that drive customer success. Your role is pivotal in analyzing customer data, generating KPI reports, and delivering actionable insights that enhance customer relationships and optimize performance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Customer Scorecard Development: Utilize data analytics to create comprehensive customer scorecards that identify key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Engage in regular data exchanges with clients to provide insights.
  • Creation of Tailored Customer Materials: Collect and analyze data from various internal and external sources to develop customized materials for significant customer interactions, including annual negotiations and meetings. Prepare detailed pricing calculations and proposals.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the Revenue Growth Management team to design, implement, and refine reporting tools that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Accurate Rebate Accounting: Ensure precise tracking and validation of rebate accounting, managing the invoicing process to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Sales Support Activities: Work closely with Key Account Managers and Group Account Managers to implement and oversee budgets related to distribution, promotions, and allowances.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A degree in a relevant field, along with initial experience or internships in a commercial setting.
  • An analytical approach paired with a proactive, results-driven mindset focused on customer service excellence.
  • A foundational understanding of the German retail landscape.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
