Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Sales Performance Analyst to join our Retail Excellence (REX) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring control of key business and in-store KPIs to drive sales and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor sales trends versus budget and forecasts, providing regular updates to the Sales Director and sales team.
- Analyze main business KPIs, such as conversion rate, ASP, and bino-rate, to optimize growth and productivity.
- Conduct deep dives on customer types to gain a detailed understanding of business trends and define targeted actions.
- Develop and share regular portfolio analysis and forecasts on target achievements based on various variables.
- Design and manage Sales Incentive Plans and Commissions Schemes, working closely with HR and Finance.
- Define and manage promotions and discounts, collaborating with local and regional Pricing/Marketing teams and aligning with company commercial strategies.
- University degree in quantitative fields (e.g., Economics, Engineering, or Statistics).
- Expertise in managing complex data structures and strong inclination towards data analysis, combined with attention to business impacts.
- Project management and analysis experience, particularly in Sales and Marketing areas, in international contexts.
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel.
- Knowledge of Power B.I and SQL (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Fluent in English and German language.
