Die Herausforderungen als IT-Servicetechniker mit Teamleiterfunktion (gn) :
  • Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit und Koordination im Tagesgeschäft der Techniker
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Schwachstellen
  • Qualitative Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder
  • Sicherstellung, dass Soft- und Hardwarefehler innerhalb der vertraglich vereinbarten Reaktions- und Lösungszeiten behoben werden
  • Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Tätigkeiten
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Bestimmungen
  • Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen und iOS
  • Ausbildung bzw. Studium im IT-Umfeld oder mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebooks, Drucker, IP Telefonie und mobilen Endgeräten)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows Active Directory
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SCCM zur Installation von Images und Zusatzsoftware
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
