Are you passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction for both B2B and B2C clients?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member who is ready to take on administrative responsibilities and collaborate with our core team to enhance our customer success initiatives. If this sounds like you, we are excited to hear from you

To thrive in this role, you should possess strong time management and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a background in customer service. You should be adept at identifying and resolving issues while also being eager to understand and refine operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through our help center via email and, when necessary, by phone.
  • Guide customers throughout the entire service process.
  • Engage with our partners to deliver exceptional customer service and address all customer challenges.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, relaying their needs and potential issues to the product team to facilitate daily improvements to the Moovster product.
  • Contribute actively to initiatives aimed at enhancing our customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Additionally, support the setup, management, and continuous enhancement of our daily, weekly, and monthly service operations.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage extensive data effectively.
  • Willing to take ownership and proactively manage responsibilities, with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver, comfortable with both straightforward and complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Experience with database searches and basic SQL is advantageous.
  • Availability for a minimum of 6 months (at least 4 months).
