Finance Director

**In this position you will have the following responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Korschenbroich business strategies with Nuclear/FCV BU and local Mgmnt Teams
- Present Financial overview at local monthly Management meeting
- Produce with local team monthly,quarterly and full year POR projections for Orders, P&L and TWC.
- Monthly Financial Analysis of Actuals vs Expecteds including bridges & exhibits
- Value Stream breakdown of YTD results and full year POR.
- Nuclear Project Management including Cash Flow.
- Legal Entity financial responsibility and ownership.
- Work with Financial SSC to support monthly & annual financial close & review process.
- External & Internal Audit support.
- Manage Investment and Restructuring ARs including justification analysis.
- Monitor investment and cost reduction/containment programs
- Contribute to and Control P&L profit drivers and programs.
- Budget preparation, control and implementation
- Manage,utilize and develop staff
- Headcount control and analysis (incl productivity, effectiveness etc)
- Work closely with Szekesfehervar Nuclear Centre to achieve optimum support & usage.
- TWC Control & Improvement programs
- Price analysis and control
- Support Nuclear/FCV BU Finance Mgmnt and HQ requests as required.

**For this position you need**:

- University degree and qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- Proven Operational Management & Financial Accounting experience with advanced analytical skills
- Strong personality with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English & German
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, HFM and ERS ability. SAP knowledge an advantage.
