As the primary liaison for our clients, you will leverage both internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish project budgets
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, technology integration, procurement, and manufacturing processes
- Conduct thorough cost planning and analysis
- Manage customer relationships and negotiations effectively
- Ensure project quality meets established standards
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in system, software, process automation, or application engineering, with a strong background in project and technical management
- Fluency in the local language and proficient in English
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong financial acumen and experience in project planning
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification and additional education in business, operations, or project management is highly desirable
