About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Verivox GmbH. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
  • Functional understanding of technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design
  • Deep technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce products and customization possibilities
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to observe trends
  • Strategic approach to solution design and proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans
  • Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certified: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Application, System Architect, or Data Cloud certifications
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, and SQL/SOQL
  • Active in the Salesforce community
  • Industry experience within Insurance, Telecommunication, Energy, or Financial Services
