About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Verivox GmbH. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales, and delivery of a Salesforce solution
  • Expand the Salesforce ecosystem with a detailed view of optimal application architecture in terms of functionality, scalability, performance, security, and operation in an agile project environment
  • Identify the optimal solution for a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the business use case and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another
  • Partner with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products, customization, and development possibilities
  • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of our Salesforce environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
  • Functional understanding of the purpose and use-cases for technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design
  • Deep technical knowledge and excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce products and customization possibilities
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to observe trends and make suggestions based on results
  • A strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
  • Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, and SQL/SOQL
  • Active in the Salesforce community
  • Industry experience within Insurance, Telecommunication, Energy, or Financial Services
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
  • Experience with Salesforce MarketingCloud and CDP integrations
