Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Verivox GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.

About the Role:
  • Technical leadership and setting best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
  • Collaborating with different Salesforce stakeholders to gather and analyze information.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures and articulate the approach.
  • Strong problem understanding, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience as a Salesforce developer, including a good understanding of the Salesforce Platform, its architecture, and limitations.
  • Proficient decision-making ability, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches.
  • Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
