Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Verivox GmbH. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Design and architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Work closely with our product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to ensure that team members have access to the information they need to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
- Functional understanding of the purpose and use-cases for technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and customization and development possibilities.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to observe trends and make suggestions based on the results.
- A strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
- Minimum Salesforce certified: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.
- Beneficial Skills: Salesforce Application, System Architect, or Data Cloud certifications, knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, and SQL/SOQL, active in the Salesforce community, industry experience within Insurance, Telecommunication, Energy, or Financial Services.
