Key Responsibilities

  • You will initiate orders and contracts with clients, playing a crucial role in establishing and nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • By exploring new markets and target demographics, you will significantly contribute to sales growth and ensure the success of assigned projects and product lines.
  • You will shape the company’s external sales strategies and engage in ongoing market development within your sales territory. Additionally, you will conduct competitor analyses to leverage market opportunities.
  • Collaborating with clients, you will design new drive solutions tailored to specific needs. You will also participate in the development and modification of designs and create development plans, including project timelines.
  • You will be involved in verifying specifications and conducting on-site evaluations. Furthermore, you will process user requirements and technical test outcomes.
  • After an order is placed, you will assist in transferring the projected products to the relevant departments, including creating process, work, and testing instructions, as well as drawing and material templates.
  • You will actively engage in internal projects aimed at optimizing processes and generating demand and delivery assessments, customer statistics, and visit reports.
  • Conducting post-calculations.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed technical education, preferably at the university or technical college level.
  • Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with business partners.
  • Independent, innovative, and responsible work approach.
  • High level of commitment, resilience, and dependability.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Class B driver’s license.
