Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze growth opportunities utilizing data to enhance the marketplace from the supply (job) perspective.
- Formulate and execute strategies based on data insights to expand the marketplace and address gaps, thereby supporting the commercial objectives with new opportunities.
- Plan and forecast your initiatives from a project management viewpoint, ensuring alignment with marketplace business targets while continuously monitoring and managing program performance.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams including commercial, technology, marketing, analytics, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketplaces or ecommerce, particularly in growth-focused or strategic management roles, or related project management fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured manner with strong communication skills in both English and German.
