Wir suchen eine/n Assistenz Head of Campus & Head of Academia (m/w/d) für unser Team in Düsseldorf.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung des Head of Campus bei der strategischen Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Vorbereitung von Teilprojektarbeiten als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Head of Campus
  • Monitoring und Bearbeitung der Finanzdaten in der Business Intelligence Planning Software inkl. monatlicher Forecast Bearbeitung sowie Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung
  • Meldung und Monitoring der Deputate
  • Administrative Mitwirkung bei Berufungsverfahren und Personalangelegenheiten des Fachbereichs
  • Kooperation mit internen und externen Partnern (Hochschulthemen, Veranstaltungen etc.)
  • Erledigung und Koordinierung von laufenden Geschäften
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Hochschulorganisation wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein für übertragene Aufgaben und Offenheit für neue Strukturen
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte sowie gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit, die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
