Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's AI strategy in line with business goals, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Led and mentored a team of AI experts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML engineers to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of AI models and solutions, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive AI innovation and optimization, ensuring ethical AI practices and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Responsible for the hiring and recruiting of talent, identifying top candidates with expertise in AI and related fields.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a track record of driving innovation and excellence.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and related technologies, with proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-based AI tools (AWS, Azure).
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field, with a strong foundation in AI principles and practices.
  • Fluency in English, with German-speaking a plus, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Hiring and growth experience, with a proven ability to attract and retain top talent.
