Position: Night Audit at B&K - BHG GmbHKey Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests during their arrival and departure processes.
  • Execute end-of-day financial procedures and prepare for the subsequent shift.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure safety and security.
  • Maintain compliance with B&K - BHG GmbH standards.
  • Offer suggestions to improve guest experiences and satisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient operations at the reception area.
Required Qualifications
  • Formal education in hospitality management, with a preference for experience in overnight roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Knowledge of the Opera hotel management system is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Dependable and approachable personality.
  • Strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to varying situations.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
