About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rooms All Rounder to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rooms department, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the rooms department, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with the training and development of new team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the rooms department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
