About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Channel Manager to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our distributors and local agents across the western hemisphere.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to improve sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and data to our distributors, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director in local entities.
  • Support with troubleshooting customer orders and accounts, and provide knowledge on contractual topics and export control.

Requirements

  • University degree in sales and distribution, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales-related positions, with distributor experience a plus.
  • Profound technical and product knowledge, as well as leadership skills and a strong hand-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and travel internationally.
