About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial processing of customer inquiries, including the clarification of technical specifications, preparation and follow-up of technical offers, and product selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical and commercial processing of customer inquiries
  • Clarification of technical specifications
  • Preparation and follow-up of technical offers
  • Product selection
  • Determining delivery dates and payment terms
  • Price calculation
  • Digital document dispatch
  • Creation and maintenance of customer and material master data
  • Customer support by telephone and e-mail
  • Strategic processing of tenders in collaboration with the sales force

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Technical knowledge in the field of sealing and application technology is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive, independent, and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
