About the Job

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager, der unsere gastronomischen Konzepte in Hamburg erfolgreich etablieren kann. Als Operations Manager bist du verantwortlich für die operative Führung unserer Outlets am Hauptbahnhof, Bahnhof Dammtor und Altona. Du wirst aktiv an der Eröffnung neuer Konzepte mitwirken und die Ergebnisse steigern, indem du verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen identifizierst und durchführst.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Operative Verantwortung für unsere Outlets
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Eröffnung neuer Konzepte
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Outlet-Manager und Mitarbeitenden
  • Umsatz- und Ergebnissteigerung durch Identifizierung und Durchführung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Restaurant oder Systemgastronomie
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Operations Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen, Durchsetzungsstärke und Erfahrung im Management von Teams
