Deputy Lead of HSC - Operations Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager, der unsere Service Agenten-Teams bei MOIA Operations unterstützt und leitet. Als Deputy Lead of HSC bist du verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit unseren Stakeholdern, die Entwicklung und Führung des Teams und die ständige Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres digitalen Produkts.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist erste Ansprechpartner für alle servicerelevanten Themen
  • Du verantwortest die Kommunikation über die Driver-Hotline, das Ticketsystem und über den E-Mail-Verkehr
  • Du entwickelst und führst das Team unserer Service Agents im Hub Service Center fachlich
  • Du bist im direkten Austausch mit dem Lead of HSC
  • Du fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Du kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus den Bereichen Kundensupport, Call-Center oder vergleichbares nachweisen
  • Du hast erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Führung von Teams im Schichtbetrieb
  • Du hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Du bringst zusätzlich gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
