Wir suchen zur Ergänzung unseres bestehenden Teams in Berlin für unsere Boutique im KaDeWe eine/n
Deine Herausforderungen:- Schaffe unvergleichliche Einkaufserlebnisse und hinterlasse bei jeder Interaktion einen unauslöschlichen Eindruck.
- Stelle die Spitze des luxuriösen Einkaufserlebnisses in den Geschäften dar und sorge für eine tadellose Präsentation, ein gutes Benehmen und Gastfreundschaft.
- Geh auf Kundenanfragen und -probleme mit Anmut ein und sorge für eine reibungslose Problembehebung.
- Verkörper unsere Marke und knüpfen Kontakte zu potenziellen Kunden, insbesondere zu solchen aus dem gehobenen Schmucksegment.
- Pflege bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, indem du fortschrittliche CRM-Tools einsetzt, um eine lebenslange Loyalität unter unserer geschätzten Kundschaft zu fördern.
- Übertreffe die Verkaufsziele und die Erwartungen an den Service, indem du unvergleichliche Leistungen erbringst.
- Verfüge über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 4 Jahren Erfahrung im Verkauf, mit Konzentration auf die Schmuckbranche.
- Erfahrungen mit Schmuck und/oder Uhren sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und der englischen Sprache; Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
