Sales Associate - Jewelry

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers across various channels, providing personalized product presentations and creating memorable sales interactions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our exquisite jewelry collections.
  • Elevate the visual appeal of our retail space by optimizing store displays, merchandising, and advertising to maximize sales potential.
  • Leverage upselling techniques to identify and fulfill customer needs, driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with management to achieve ambitious profit targets while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Handle a range of administrative tasks, including consultations, returns, repairs, and workshop activities, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Play a vital role in post-sales engagement, cultivating a loyal customer base and fostering long-term relationships through personalized service.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in luxury retail, ideally within the jewelry sector.
  • Proven ability to interact confidently with discerning clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • A proactive team player who demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and collaborating effectively within a virtual team.
  • Fluent in German and English (reading/writing).
