Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at our Wiesbaden location. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 40 employees and overseeing all logistics activities from receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a leader within the Supply Chain, you will be the primary point of contact for all logistics-related matters.
  • You will lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring they are engaged and motivated during times of change.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
  • You will work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership team to drive business growth and excellence.
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets and personnel plans for your department.
  • You will work collaboratively with other departments, including Production and ERP Systems.

Requirements

  • You will have a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You will have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in logistics management.
  • You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You will have experience with ERP systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • You will hold a valid driver's license (Class B) to enable you to travel to our locations in Wiesbaden, Nordenstadt, and Hofheim-Wallau.
