About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in the Insurance Benefits department. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for steering the team towards achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Make informed decisions on complex business cases within your area of expertise.
  • Oversee the development of specialized topics and create relevant working instructions.
  • Analyze workflows and create well-reasoned decision templates to optimize processes.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the healthcare sector, and possess leadership skills.
  • You have successfully worked on projects and led teams.
  • You have experience in designing and optimizing operational processes.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
  • You are a self-motivated individual who can work independently and is strong in argumentation and persuasion.
