PINK gegen Brustkrebs GmbH is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive (m/f/d) to enhance our sales operations remotely, focusing on the Western region, particularly NRW.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and nurture our partnerships with healthcare professionals and physicians in specialized breast cancer facilities. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our Digital Health Application, PINK, and in advancing the quality of care for breast cancer patients. You will collaborate closely with the PINK Team experts and the Director of Key Account Management, while also engaging with both internal and external sales teams to bridge connections with the outpatient sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and sustaining enduring relationships with healthcare providers, medical experts, and key decision-makers in specialized breast cancer centers.
  • Offering expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals in integrating our Digital Health Application PINK into breast cancer treatment protocols.
  • Facilitating seamless incorporation into existing healthcare processes.
  • Coordinating and delivering training sessions and presentations for medical professionals regarding Digital Health Applications and PINK.
  • Conducting efficient outreach through telecommunication, digital platforms, and in-person support.
  • Formulating and executing sales strategies and partnerships to meet objectives within your designated area.
  • Participating in industry congresses and events related to oncology, senology, and gynecology.
  • Organizing and engaging in patient information days hosted by breast centers and cancer societies.
  • Continuously analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and the latest advancements in breast cancer treatment.
  • Documenting client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Completed education and professional experience in medicine, pharmacy, health management, or related fields.
  • Several years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably with a focus on breast cancer patient care, oncology, or senology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare structures and processes, along with experience in marketing health products, particularly digital health solutions or medical technology in gynecology.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, a high degree of autonomy, and readiness to travel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex medical and technical information clearly.
  • Customer-centric approach to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Empathy for the challenges faced by breast cancer patients and their specific needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying informed about developments in Digital Health Applications and treatment methodologies.
  • Established connections with oncologists, hospitals, professional organizations, and other relevant healthcare stakeholders.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
