About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Siemens Electronic Design Automation SARL. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining complex customer relationships with senior executives, while communicating effectively on how our solutions meet their needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders at our customers' organizations.
  • Develop and execute personalized success plans to drive customer adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an account management or customer service role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry experience essential - procurement, supply chain, engineering.
  • Technical aptitude and experience with web technologies and commonly used enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
