Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Specialist to join our team at STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team with various administrative duties.
  • Generate internal reports to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to office management tasks to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Compile expense reports for monthly and annual financial assessments.
  • Assist in the month-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices for clients.
  • Track outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Support internal invoicing processes to streamline operations.
  • Monitor and manage business expenses effectively.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with AS400 software is a plus.
  • Technical skills are beneficial for this position.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
