In der Rolle des Senior Category Managers sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung und Optimierung der operativen Beschaffung. Sie gestalten einen Rahmen, der die Effizienz und Effektivität im Category Management fördert.
Ihre Aufgaben- Entwicklung und Implementierung von hochqualitativen Prozessen im Category Management in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Experten
- Einführung innovativer Konzepte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Category Managements und zur Schaffung eines herausragenden Nutzererlebnisses
- Hauptansprechpartner für das Category Management sowie für die Führungskräfte der Fachabteilungen
- Beratung der Teammitglieder und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
- Leitung von Projektteams zur Effizienzsteigerung im Category Management, insbesondere an der Schnittstelle zum Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement
- Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Category Management
- Umfassendes Verständnis der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Kenntnisse in Beschaffungssoftware
- Starke Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
- Pragmatische Herangehensweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
