Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer Process Technology to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a Sales Engineer Process Technology, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our mass transfer components and services business in assigned territory and/or assigned clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Familiarity with calculation and other IT tools, as well as CRM and forecast tools
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers
Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the mass transfer market
- Expertise in the mass transfer market in the assigned territory
- Engaged business person with professional sales experience in similar business environments
- Fluent in German and English
