Sales Engineer Process Technology (m/w/d) - Full Time - Germany

We are looking for a Sales Engineer Process Technology (m/w/d) to join our CT_MTCS team within the Chemtech division in Germany and help us drive our business forward.

As a Sales Engineer Process Technology, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our mass transfer components and services business in assigned territory and/or assigned clients. You will generate and process leads, technically and commercially, from first contact until contract award. You will build and maintain customer relationships and network.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Customer presentations about our technologies, products, services and specific applications
  • Prepare and calculate, in conjunction and coordination with back-office
  • Present and negotiate commercial and technical proposals with customers
  • Monitor the opportunity pipeline and provide management with forecast
  • Follow market trends, customers and competitors and propose actions to address and utilize market needs
  • Liaise with engineers in the Refinery and Chemical & Petrochemical
  • Familiar with calculation and other IT-tools
  • Usage and update of CRM and forecast tool
  • Development of long-term relationships with key customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Level: Master Subject: Chemical or Process Engineering
  • Work experience: 5-8 years in these areas
  • Expertise: Knowledge of the mass transfer market in the Territory
  • Engaged business person with professional sales experience in similar business environment.
  • Languages: fluent in German and English
